Oasis Date Vodka 750 ml

Oasis Date Vodka is a vodka distilled from dates rather than the usual grain or potato, which is unusual enough on its own to be the reason to open the bottle. Dates ferment into a sugar-rich wash, and even after distillation and filtration a little of that fruit character tends to survive into the glass, giving the spirit a texture most neutral vodkas do not have. The nose is soft and faintly sweet, with dried fruit and a trace of honey; the palate is round and silky with light caramel; the finish is short, clean and warm rather than sharp. Serve it very cold and neat.
