Straight bourbon means at least two years in new charred oak with nothing added, so what is in the glass came from grain, wood and time. The nose leads with caramel, vanilla and dried orange peel; the palate is soft and rounded, with brown sugar, cinnamon and toasted oak; the finish is medium, drying gently into char.
