Padrecito Blanco 750 ML

Padrecito Blanco is an unaged tequila made from blue Weber agave in Jalisco, bottled without any time in wood so the agave itself carries the pour. Blanco is the most transparent expression a tequila house can put out — there is no barrel to smooth over the distillate, so what the still produced is what reaches the glass. Expect cooked agave and fresh citrus on the nose, a palate of black pepper, lime zest and a mineral streak, and a clean finish with a short peppery warmth. Serve it chilled in a small glass and sip it slowly, or shake it into a margarita where the lime has something green to work against.
