Partida Cristalino Añejo is an añejo tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, aged in oak the way any añejo is, then charcoal-filtered afterward to strip the color back to clear — the cristalino process that keeps barrel-aged flavor while presenting like a blanco. Produced by Tequila Partida in Jalisco, it's double-distilled before resting a minimum of one year in oak. Expect the añejo's caramel, vanilla, and cooked-agave depth from the barrel, but with a lighter, cleaner finish than a traditional amber añejo, since the filtration pulls out some of the heavier congeners along with the color.
