Patron 100 Sliver 750ml

Patrón Silver is an unaged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave at Hacienda Patrón in the highlands of Jalisco, where part of the agave is still crushed by tahona wheel and the spirit is distilled in small copper pot stills before being blended in small batches. Bottled at 40% ABV with no barrel time, it is built to be soft rather than sharp. The nose is fresh cooked agave with citrus and a light floral note; the palate is smooth and lightly sweet, showing black pepper, lime and a clean mineral edge; the finish is crisp and short. Sip it chilled, or shake it into a margarita with fresh lime.
