Pocho Fino Blanco 375ml

Pocho Fino Blanco is an unaged blanco tequila, bottled clear and straight so the agave has nowhere to hide. Blanco is where you find out what a tequila actually tastes like before wood gets involved, and the half bottle is a sensible way to make that call without committing to a full one. The nose is cooked agave, lime zest and a little white pepper, the palate is clean and bright with citrus, green herbs and a mineral snap, and the finish is crisp, peppery and short. Drink it neat at room temperature in a small glass, or build a margarita where the tequila is the loudest thing in it.
