Pocho Fino Grilled Pineapple 375ml

Pocho Fino Grilled Pineapple is a flavoured agave spirit that takes the brand's tequila base and pushes it toward the charred fruit end of a pineapple margarita. Grilled rather than fresh is the whole point: the flavour aims at caramelised sugar and a little smoke instead of straight tropical sweetness, which keeps it from drinking like candy. The nose is roasted pineapple and cooked agave, the palate is sweet without being cloying, with charred fruit, vanilla and a peppery agave edge underneath, and the finish is warm and lightly smoky. Shake it with lime and a pinch of salt, or pour it over ice with soda and a lime wedge.
