Pocho Fino Mexican Candy 750ml

Pocho Fino Mexican Candy is a flavoured agave spirit built around the sweet-sour-chilli combination that Mexican candy is famous for: tamarind and chamoy on one side, sugar and lime on the other. It is a bottle for a crowd rather than a quiet sipper, and it makes no pretence otherwise. The nose is tamarind, chilli powder and sugar, the palate is sweet up front and sour through the middle with a genuine chilli tingle at the back, and the finish is tart, warm and long. Serve it chilled and straight, or use it as the modifier in a spicy margarita with a tajin rim.
