Purity Vodka 34 Vodka 1.75L

Purity Vodka 34 is made at Ellinge Castle in Skåne, southern Sweden, from winter wheat and malted barley, and it takes its name from the thirty-four passes it makes through the distillery's copper and gold still. Unusually, nothing is added afterwards, so the texture comes from the distillation rather than from sugar or glycerol. The nose is soft grain with faint vanilla and a wisp of white pepper, the palate is round and creamy with light sweetness over a mineral core, and the finish is clean and gently warming. The big bottle is a house-party format: chill it hard for martinis, mules and Cosmopolitans.
