Rabbit Hole Cavehill Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch, limited edition whiskey from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. This whiskey is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley. It is aged for at least four years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of toasted oak, baking spices, and a hint of sweetness. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice. This whiskey is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
