Redemption leans on rye across its mash bills, so even the straight bourbon carries more spice than a corn-heavy Kentucky pour. Expect vanilla bean and toasted grain on the nose, then caramel, cinnamon and a little cocoa across the palate, finishing dry with oak and black pepper.
