Screaming Titan Wheated is Redwood Empire's wheated bourbon, made with wheat rather than rye as the secondary grain, and the swap trades peppery bite for a rounder, softer sweetness. Redwood Empire matures and bottles in Graton, Sonoma County, where cool coastal air slows the exchange between spirit and oak. The nose leans toward vanilla, honey and baked pastry; the palate follows with caramel, toasted grain and a hint of orchard fruit; the finish is gentle, with soft oak and a whisper of cinnamon.
