Clément Rhum Agricole Blanc is a white rum from Martinique made from pure sugarcane juice rather than molasses, the defining trait of agricole rhum and a legally protected style under Martinique's AOC designation. That fresh-cane base gives it a grassier, more vegetal character than molasses-based white rums, with less caramel sweetness and more herbal brightness.
