Rhum J.M Blanc is an AOC Martinique rhum agricole, distilled not from molasses but from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice grown on volcanic soil at the foot of Mount Pelée. J.M ferments and column-distills the cane juice within hours of cutting, then bottles it unaged at 50% ABV so the raw vegetal character survives the still. The result is grassy, herbal, and mineral rather than sweet, with white pepper and green banana over a clean cane-juice core.
