Rhum J.M Sirop de Canne is a pure cane sugar syrup from Rhum J.M, a Martinique rhum agricole producer, made from the same sugarcane the distillery uses for its rum rather than being a generic simple syrup. It's a non-alcoholic mixer meant specifically for building a ti' punch — the classic Martinique serve of rhum agricole, lime and cane syrup — where a standard white-sugar simple syrup would taste flatter and less true to the tradition.
