Righteous Road Greyrider Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750 ml

Greyrider is a straight bourbon whiskey from Righteous Road, bottled at 750ml. Straight bourbon is a protected term rather than a marketing one: a corn-dominant mash, new charred oak, at least two years in barrel and nothing added but water, so the profile in the glass comes from grain and wood alone. Expect a nose of caramel, vanilla and toasted corn; a palate of brown sugar, baking spice, orchard fruit and a light peppery edge; and a medium finish of dry oak and cinnamon. Pour it neat to take its measure, over a large cube for a slower drink, or into an old fashioned.
