The Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel Bourbon is a single barrel bourbon whiskey produced by the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. It is made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The whiskey is aged for at least nine years in new, charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet corn, caramel, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of spice.
