Rock Town 4 Year Bottled In Bond Straight Bourbon is a small-batch bourbon whiskey made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley. It is aged for four years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toffee, and baking spices. The finish is long and warm with a hint of oak. This bourbon is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
