Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear is a fruit liqueur made from Williams pears grown in Alpine orchards, crushed and fermented before being distilled and blended back with pear juice for a rich, true-to-fruit flavor. It's part of the same Austrian liqueur house's fruit lineup as Orchard Elderberry, built on real fruit processing rather than simple flavoring added to neutral spirit. Expect an intense pear character with floral and citrus undertones, sweeter and more concentrated than a standard pear brandy. It works well both as a digestif on its own and as a distinctive addition to cocktails calling for pear character.

How to drink Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear
