Rum co of Fiji Bati White Rum 750ml

Bati White Rum comes from the Rum Co. of Fiji, distilled in the South Pacific from local sugarcane molasses and filtered clear before bottling. Fijian rum sits somewhere between the crisp Spanish-style whites and the more expressive island rums, and Bati keeps that middle ground: clean, but with fruit still behind it. The nose is fresh cane, green banana and a little coconut water. The palate is light-bodied and softly sweet, with sugarcane, citrus pith and a touch of vanilla. The finish is short and clean. This is a mixing rum first, so build it into a daiquiri with fresh lime, or a tall highball with soda and mint.
