Sazerac Rye 200 ml

Sazerac Rye is a straight rye whiskey produced by the Sazerac Company. It is made from a mash of at least 51% rye grain, and is aged for a minimum of two years in charred oak barrels. It is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). It has a spicy, peppery flavor with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. It is a popular choice for cocktails such as the Sazerac, Manhattan, and Old Fashioned.

How to drink Sazerac Rye

It's the backbone of the Sazerac cocktail itself, so build one with an absinthe rinse, sugar, and Peychaud's bitters if you want it done properly. A classic rye Manhattan works just as well if that's more your speed.
