Rye brings a drier, spicier frame than bourbon does, and this leans into it. The nose is baking spice, dried orange and toasted oak. The palate is peppery, with cinnamon, caramel, dark honey and a green herbal thread. The finish is long, dry and warming. Drink it neat, or let it carry a Sazerac.
