Sinfire Cinnamon Whiskey is a cinnamon-flavoured whisky built for shots and easy mixing rather than slow contemplation. The formula puts hot cinnamon candy squarely in front, with the whisky underneath providing sweetness and body instead of trying to compete for attention. The nose is red hots and baking cinnamon; the palate is sweet and syrupy with cinnamon bark, a little vanilla and a warming burn that builds on the swallow; the finish is short, sweet and spicy. It makes no pretence about what it is. Keep the bottle in the freezer and pour it ice cold, drop it into hot cider in autumn, or stretch it with cola over ice.
