Sinfire Vanilla Cinnamon 750 ml

Sinfire Vanilla Cinnamon is the softer sibling in the Sinfire range, pairing the brand's signature cinnamon heat with vanilla to round off the edges. Vanilla does to hot candy what cream soda does to a chilli: it does not remove the spice, it upholsters it. The nose is vanilla bean and cinnamon sugar; the palate is sweet and rounded, with custard, red cinnamon candy and a gentle warming burn behind; the finish is short and dessert-like. This is a flavoured whisky and it makes no pretence otherwise. Serve it very cold as a shot, pour it over vanilla ice cream, or mix it into cold brew or root beer.
