Solarum Reposado is a Jalisco tequila rested in oak, the stage that turns the sharp green edges of a blanco into something rounder without hiding the agave underneath. Time in wood gives it a pale gold colour and a nose of cooked agave, vanilla and toasted oak, while the palate runs to caramel, baked pear and a soft pepper note that keeps the sweetness in check.
