Solento Organic Blanco 375ml

Solento Blanco is the unaged expression of a certified organic Jalisco tequila made without additives, which matters more than it sounds: strip out the glycerin and syrup that quietly smooth over a lot of tequila and what is left has to stand on the agave itself. It does. The nose is fresh cooked agave, citrus blossom and green herbs, the palate brings sweet agave, lime pith and white pepper, and the finish runs clean and mineral rather than sugary. The 375ml is an easy way to try it. Serve it chilled and neat, or shake a margarita where the tequila is meant to be tasted.
