Solento Organic Reposado 375ml

Solento Reposado is the rested member of a certified organic, additive-free tequila range grown and distilled in Jalisco. Months in oak take the green edge off the blanco without smothering it, so the agave still leads: cooked agave, vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, then caramel, roasted pineapple and a soft pepper note across the palate. Because nothing has been sweetened after distillation, the finish stays warm and clean instead of sticky. The 375ml suits a shelf that already has a full-size bottle of something else. Pour it neat in a copita, or build a reposado old fashioned with agave syrup and orange bitters.
