Suenos Global Blanco is an unaged blue agave tequila bottled clear and straight off the still, so the agave itself does the talking. Blanco is the least forgiving expression in tequila: there is no barrel to round off the edges, which is exactly why it remains the honest benchmark for how a distillery cooks and ferments its agave. Expect roasted agave and lime peel on the nose, a palate of citrus zest, green herbs and a little mineral salinity, then a clean finish with a peppery snap. Serve it chilled in a small glass, over one big cube with a squeeze of lime, or as the backbone of a margarita built with fresh juice.
