Suerte Tequila Blanco 1 Liter

Suerte Blanco is a 100% blue agave tequila made the slow way: agave roasted in traditional brick ovens and then crushed under a stone tahona wheel rather than a modern roller mill. That method keeps more of the fibre in contact with the juice during fermentation, which is why tahona tequilas tend to taste earthier and rounder than their pace suggests. The nose is sweet roasted agave and citrus blossom, the palate runs cooked agave, grapefruit and cracked pepper with a cooling mint edge, and the finish stays clean and mineral. Drink it neat at room temperature, or use the litre bottle for margaritas that do not need much help.
