Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky built from malt and grain whiskies drawn out of Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. Married across five cask types — including Mizunara, the prized Japanese oak that lends a soft incense character — it bottles at 43 percent, or 86 proof. The nose opens on rose and lychee with a thread of rosemary; the palate turns to honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel, and white chocolate, and the finish runs long and tender with that quiet Mizunara signature.
