Teeling Whiskey 15yr 750ml

Teeling 15 Year is a fully mature Irish whiskey from the Dublin house that brought distilling back to the Liberties after decades without it, and long-aged Irish stock is exactly what the family made its name on before the stills were even running. Fifteen years in wood shows as depth rather than heavy oak: honey, orchard fruit and vanilla on the nose with a soft floral lift, a palate of ripe pear, toffee and light spice carried on a creamy malt texture, and a long smooth finish. Age-stated Irish whiskey at this level is increasingly scarce. Drink it neat in a tulip glass, or over a single large cube.
