Tequila Ocho 8/8/8 is a commemorative extra añejo release from the same agave field that produced the first US release of Single Estate Tequila Ocho, aged 8 years and 8 months in barrel — hence the name. Made from 100% blue Weber agave under Carlos Camarena's single-estate approach, the extended aging pushes the profile into a rich, complex range: burnt orange zest, honey, ginger, nutmeg, Brazil nut, coconut, green banana, hazelnut, caramelized pineapple, and peppermint layered over a deep agave core. It's a rare, limited bottling from a small run of barrels Camarena held back specifically for this release. Serve it neat in a snifter, the way you'd treat an aged spirit of this complexity.
