Tequila Ocho Extra Añejo La Cañada 2022 is a single-estate tequila from the La Cañada field, 12.5 km northeast of Los Alambiques Distillery at 2,115 meters elevation in the Jalisco highlands — every Tequila Ocho release is tied to one specific field and harvest year. This bottling is aged three years in American oak barrels previously used for bourbon, made entirely from 100% Blue Weber agave. Three years is a long rest for tequila, pushing it into genuine extra añejo depth: oak, caramel, and dark agave character well beyond a standard reposado or añejo. Bottled at 40% ABV. Sip it neat, no salt or lime.
