Tin City Gin 750ml

Tin City Gin comes out of the small Paso Robles distillery tucked into the Central Coast warehouse district that gives it its name, surrounded by winemakers and brewers doing the same thing at different scales. It is a California take on gin: juniper still runs the show, but dry coastal herbs and citrus get a louder voice than they would in a classic London dry. Juniper, citrus peel and herbs on the nose; pine and lemon on the palate with sage and pepper behind them; a dry, herbal, clean finish. Build a gin and tonic with a rosemary sprig, or stir a dry martini with a lemon twist.
