Tocar Reposado 750ml

Tocar Reposado is a rested tequila, the middle setting of the agave scale: enough time in oak to round the edges and add a little colour, not enough to bury the agave under wood. That balance is why reposado ends up as the everyday bottle on most shelves, equally comfortable neat or in a glass with lime. The nose is cooked agave, vanilla and light oak; the palate carries sweet agave with caramel and a touch of cinnamon; the finish is warm and gently spiced. Sip it neat from a copita, or build a tommy's margarita where the agave nectar echoes the wood.
