Suntory Whisky Toki Black is a blended Japanese whisky from Suntory, the house that has been drawing on the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries since the 1920s. Toki means time in Japanese, and the blend is built for the highball above all else: bright, clean and structured to survive dilution rather than collapse under it. Green apple, honey and a wisp of smoke on the nose; grapefruit and vanilla on the palate with a light peppery edge; a clean, dry finish carrying that faint smoke out. Build the classic Japanese highball with hard ice, cold soda and a long stir, or drink it neat and slightly chilled.
