Deadwood Tumblin Dice Straight Bourbon Heavy Rye Mashbill is a 4 year old bourbon whiskey made from a mashbill of 75% rye, 20% corn, and 5% malted barley. It is aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with notes of vanilla, toffee, and baking spices. The finish is long and warm, with a hint of oak and spice.
