This is Veuve Clicquot's Brut Rose in a limited-edition Sun Totem package designed by the British-Nigerian artist Yinka Ilori, whose bold color work wraps the bottle without changing the wine inside. The rose is made in the house style, Pinot Noir-led and blended with a portion of still red wine to set the color and add fruit weight. Expect wild strawberry and raspberry on the nose, a palate of red currant, biscuit and citrus over a fine bead, and a dry, gently spiced finish. Serve it cold in a tulip glass, with charcuterie, salmon, or a bowl of summer berries.
