Viva Agave Anejo 750ml

Viva Agave Anejo is an anejo tequila, which means at least twelve months in oak before bottling, long enough for the barrel to color the spirit and layer vanilla and caramel over the cooked blue agave underneath. That extra time is what makes anejo the sipping expression of the category rather than the mixing one. Expect a nose of vanilla, baked agave and toasted oak, a palate that runs caramel, dried fruit and warm baking spice with a soft, rounded body, and a gently sweet finish. Pour it neat in a copita at room temperature, and treat it the way you would an aged rum.
