Viva Agave Silver is unaged tequila, with no time in wood, bottled clear and in a full liter, which tells you it is built for mixing as much as sipping. Without a barrel in the way, the flavor comes down to the cooked blue agave and whatever the still and the fermentation added to it. Expect a nose of roasted agave, lime and white pepper, a clean palate with agave sweetness, green herbs and a peppery bite, and a short, crisp finish.
