Vivamor Blanco 750 ml

Vivamor Blanco is an unaged 100% agave tequila bottled straight after distillation, which leaves the cooked agave front and centre with no oak to soften it. Blanco is the most transparent expression any tequila house makes — what the agave and the still did is all you get. The nose runs to cooked agave, citrus zest and a wisp of white pepper; the palate is bright and green, with lime, fresh herbs and a saline edge; the finish is short, peppery and clean. Drink it chilled in a caballito with a wedge of lime, or use it as the backbone of a margarita or paloma.
