Vivamor Reposado 750 ml

Vivamor Reposado is a 100% agave tequila given a rest in oak — the reposado category runs from two months to a year in barrel, enough to round the agave without burying it. The result sits between blanco and añejo: cooked agave and vanilla on the nose, a palate of light caramel, baked apple and soft pepper, and a finish that stays sweet before drying out with a touch of oak. It is the most flexible of the three styles, comfortable neat and still assertive in a drink. Sip it at room temperature, or pour it into a tequila old fashioned with orange bitters.
