Volcan De Mi Terra Tequila Blanco 350ml

Volcán de Mi Tierra Blanco is an unaged tequila built from agave grown in two places at once — the highlands, which lend sweetness and fruit, and the lowlands around Tequila town, which bring earth and pepper. Blending the two is the house signature, and it gives the blanco more shape than a single-source bottling usually carries. The nose is cooked agave and citrus blossom, the palate turns to green apple, white pepper and a little mineral salt, and the finish is clean and crisp at 80 proof. The small format travels well. Serve it chilled and neat, or shake it into a straightforward margarita.
