Warbringer Warmaster Single Barrel is a single-barrel American whiskey, which means everything in the bottle came from one cask rather than a blend of many — the character is whatever that particular barrel gave up, and the next one will taste different. Single barrels tend to run bolder than a standard release, and this drinks that way: caramel and dark fruit on the nose, a palate of brown sugar, toasted oak and dry baking spice, and a long finish with a little char at the edges. There is a finite number of bottles behind any one cask. Pour it neat first to read the barrel, then add a single large cube and try it again.
