Warfield Distillery’s Organic Gin is a small batch, handcrafted gin made using only certified organic botanicals. It is distilled in their bespoke copper pot still and blended with fresh water from the Scottish Highlands. This gin offers hints of juniper and citrus on the nose followed by a bright herbal palate of coriander, angelica root and lemon peel. The finish is dry, clean and almost spicy.
