The whiskey is made from a mash bill of two-row barley, malted rye, and malted wheat. The whiskey is then aged for a minimum of two years in American oak barrels before being finished in Garryana oak barrels for an additional six months. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile with notes of toasted oak, dark fruit, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
