Built on a high-wheat mash bill of 100% American grain, aged in double American oak, then run through a second finish in wave-stave barrels that adds a toasted gradient most wheat whiskeys never see. It pours soft and summery at 86 proof: vanilla and orange crème on the nose, sweet cinnamon bread and candied citrus through the palate, charred oak easing out the finish.
