The Whitley Neill house builds its base from botanicals like coriander, cassia bark, orris and angelica root, liquorice, sweet orange, and lemon peel, then folds in rhubarb distillate and steeped ginger for its fruit-and-spice signature. Bottled at 43% ABV, it drinks sweet and crisp up front, with a peppery ginger heat on the back that keeps the sweetness in check.
