Wilderness Trail Family Reserve Cask Strength is a single-barrel Kentucky whiskey (Barrel No. 771229, DSP-KY-20005), bottled at full barrel proof with no water added. Wilderness Trail runs two Family Reserve mash bills — a high-rye recipe and a wheated recipe — both built on cooper-select, toasted and number-4-char barrels. This barrel carries its own specific character rather than a blended house profile, the way any single-barrel pick does. Wilderness Trail's sour-mash process and proprietary yeast strain give the whiskey a cleaner grain expression than many Kentucky bourbons. Start it neat, then add water in small increments to find where the barrel opens up.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?
- On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
