Wolfie's Blended Scotch Whisky is the debut release from a rock-and-roll-inspired label, blending single malt from Loch Lomond Distillery with grain whisky and resting the marriage in American oak ex-bourbon casks. The nose leads with cooked apple, vanilla and butterscotch, with a whisper of soft peat underneath. On the palate, cinnamon and vanilla pod meet poached pear and syrupy flapjacks, finishing on a trail of sweet smoke. It's an easygoing, approachable blend that picked up a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and a solid everyday Scotch for drinkers who want character without a single malt price tag.
How to drink Wolfie's Blended Scotch Whisky
